Bone broths– this is simple, affordable and highly effective, there is a recipe on my website
Anti-microbial foods – Garlic, Onions, Oregano
Anti-oxidant foods– Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, opt for a wide variety of colours
Sunshine /Sauna – viruses dislike heat, so sitting in direct sunlight or using a sauna regularly is ideal (I realise that the sun is not out much this week…and accessing sauna is not possible for all, but it’s worth looking for these opportunities when they arise)
Exercise – regular exercise is vital for stress management and mental health
Sleep - 8 hours per night, this is one of the most beneficial things you can do to support yourself
