The Kathmandu Neverest Challenge, known as Neverest, is simply walking, hiking or running up and down a hill until you reach the height of Mt Everest above sea level (8848m). You can do it in a team, where everyone works to complete the elevation together, or you can go solo and push yourself to new heights.
Whichever way you approach it, it's a great day out in the bush, raising funds for the Australian Himalayan Foundation.
